Fudged communication

The technology has given us the power to communicate but not necessarily well. This page wryly records communication in education, enhanced but not improved by IT. (Formerly bectaballs) Bectaballs was inspired by UK agency BECTA, who could write platitudes about ICT in schools. One harmless quote stuck in mind. It said, "..there are lots of ways to get the ICT ball rolling in your school..". And I thought, what ball? Is ICT a fad? So I set out to record balls connected with ICT.
